I am 5'10", 160 and went with a large. The sleeves fit great except it is a bit longer. I use it for commuting. When there is air movement it is as advertised and felt cool. This is also great to block out the sun.

The product is well made and does seem to be very tough.

It would be great if Defeet would make a knee "cooler" out of the same material.
