Gore Bike Wear Men's Fusion GT AS Pant, Black, Small Review

Bought for single speed 29er commuter riding in Calgary AB. I ride year around, it can be cold, wet, snowy, icy and rainy all in one day! And go up by 15 degrees for the afternoon. So with all that in mind:
A minus 10C ride in snow, some amount of windchill. High humidity too. 5KM ride into office, mostly down hill. Compared to my usual array of windblock and non wind block MEC riding tights, and lighter weight running tights, knee warmers and leg warmers under cargo shorts - WOW. Stops the wind dead, keeps you dry. Since I single speed, there's chunks of coasting, high cadence pedalling, and of course high watt grinding, breathes well.

The bottom cuffs and velco tightener, waistband, cut and length are designed for riders. Slight stretchability. My issue is with thigh fit. I'm 6' & 190LBs. Short torso, long limbs.In the Large these things are tight around the quads ie more of a Euro fit. I don't know if an XL would be more spacious or longer also. So I kept them. When I get the inevitable -30C AND wind chill day, these will be super.

As promised, the -20C day came and went without issue. Thin long johns under neath, thick wool socks, and lighweight Sugioi boot covers, easy as. The key is they stop the windchill completely. The lower leg velco cuffs are well thought out. You can have them semi lose of curl them around more to tighten.

Emgo 23-12563 Chrome Finish 7/8" Steel Handlebar Review

I decided to replace my stock bars on my project because the chrome beyond my desire to repair it. And I wanted a slightly forward leaning riding position. I am 5'9"

These bars clear the tank of a CX650C. It is lower then the stock handle bars.
These bars are lighter than stock, so they feel a bit cheap. However, once installed their weight is not noticed. This bar does not have any holes or markings, it is perfectly smooth. The chrome looks like chrome.

When riding I do have to stretch more in low speed tight turns, this actually helps with counter balancing the bike in a more extended position. They are more sensitive then stock at higher speed, counter steering feel better than stock. So far after ~50 miles I am pleased with this purchase.

Material feels very strong, the main pocket is a bit smaller than I had hoped. However, I was able to fit everything I wanted (u-lock, chain, misc items), it has a lot of pockets and I really like the roll-up side compartments.

It has three straps for attaching to the bike rack, but with my rack I am only able to use two (It holds ok with the two, but probably would be awesome with all of them).

Overall, I am very content. I feel I have seen similar sized bags in bike stores for $60+, for $30 bucks you cannot go wrong (I was hesitant to buy since it came from China, I have had experience purchasing low-quality items)!

If you only have a few items, I would suggest it.
