This is the first trainer I have ever owned / used. The product is high quality - there is nothing cheap or flimsy about its construction. The unit comes fully assembled - just a few simple setup tasks and I was ready to ride. I also like all the extras that come in the winter kit (saved me having to buy these later).

As the product manual and a friend both warned me, you can't use knobby MTB tires on the trainer - just too noisy. I picked up a cheap slick tire and mounted that to an old rim that I will just use with the trainer.
