I really love this pack. It's well built and small and light. Jam packed with features. For the amount of water that it holds, you really don't notice. I'm pretty small lady so it didn't tighten down onto my frame as tight as I liked but even with it a little loose it was still pretty secure. I ran 20 miles with the thing and it was excellent. I did get a slight rash on my collar bone from rubbing but if I had a t-shirt instead of a tank it probably would've been fine.
