Michelin trekking bike tyre Pilot Sport 28-622 black folding Review

I use these tires on my Kona Jake cyclocross for my daily commute in NYC. They are installed on Shimano RS-30 wheels, and make a very interesting combination: speed, stability and robustness. I had Maxxis mud wrestlers before, they were good tires but I had too many flats (2 per month). I wanted something faster and more resistant. I was afraid to loose adherence with these new tires, but the Michelin Pilot Sport HD are not that thin and they provide a lot of stability, even when it rains. They look very much like Moto GP tires and apparently, they inherit the same technologies. The reflective sidewalls are an excellent idea: vital in city like New York. I used them for more than a month now and I'm very happy with them. Not a single flat (despite my daily commute across China Town).
I don't know yet how these tires behave on ice and snow. I'll update my review when the winter comes.
