Package contained all components necessary to repair or upgrade your brakes. Installation is straight forward and they work well.

Only 1 complaint. The included cable housing comes wadded up in about a 3" diameter ring. Then the ends are woven in and out to hold the ring together. When you manage to unwind the cable/housing, there are multiple kinks in the housing. The kinks aren't sharp and the housing could still be used. But if the cable/housing were wound into a larger diameter ring, there would be no kinks at all. The irony is that the overall packaging of all components is a much larger bag and winding the housing into a larger ring wouldn't seem to change the cost or packaging.

I ended up using everything in the package/kit except the housing. I went to the local bike shop to purchase straight smooth cable housing. My logic is that you want the brakes to work smoothly and freely. You are going through all the work to change the brakes. Why knowingly install kinked housing?

The packing slip included says that if you cannot give a 5 out of 5 rating, you should contact Niagara Cycle to let them make it right. I did contact them but did not receive any reply. So I reduced my rating 1 star for the housing being kinked in the first place and a second star for not receiving any reply from the seller.
