Perfect fit for my 21.1mm stem on my "vintage" 1970s road bike. I needed to buy longer brake cables though. Finally, upright riding; and I can even use the drop bars too; who says the frame was too small for me. For me Niagara took a while but was well within their estimates for delivery (and well worth it too).

Don't forget you will need a long hex key / allen wrench to reach to tighten it down.

Bought this for our 4 1/2 year old daughter -- seems like a solid bike. I particularly appreciated the detailed and thoughtful owners manual that came with it. Assembly was easy 45 minutes experience. Parts seem solid and I like that the training wheels have additional cross brace. For the price, this is an excellent choice. I ding it one star because it took numerous adjustments and refinements of the pedals, wheels, etc to get things right, but that is not unexpected with a new bike.
