I received this pump directly from Blackburn as a replacement for a circa 1996 pump that they couldn't provide replacement parts for in a timely manner. I didn't ask for a replacement, but when customer service discovered I'd been waiting more than a few weeks for the new parts, they simply told me they were going to ship me a new pump free of charge.

In more than a year of ownership, and daily use as a commuter/road racer, this pump has never missed a beat. I've dropped it on the gauge numerous times, used it on both Schrader and Presta valves daily, and have had zero issues with it.

The pump head is easy to use, requires no changes for different valve types, and the stroke is easy and smooth without clanking or leaks.

I rarely recommend products, but this company and this pump are absolutely stellar performers.
