Magnetic Mini Roller Review

I bought this roller to use with my recumbent catrike when it is either to hot or to cold outside. I recently had some heart problems and needed to get on a regular exercise regiment. I already had the trike. The roller works well as advertised. I start off in the second gear sprocket and run through the gears on the cassette, gradually spending more time on the higher and harder gear. I am up to 40 minutes and adding 5 minutes a week. Plan to get to an hour a day and then start trying to work up a second ride. I am so pleased with it that I plan to put a computer on the rear wheel so I can keep track of the time and mileage on the computer. The computer is currently on one of the front wheels which is stationary. Before the heart problem (V. Tachycardia) I was normally riding from 5 to 10 miles in an hour to 2 hours about 3 to 4 times a day. Thus, the roller described fits my need and I doubt if I will ever need to move up to the more advanced model.
