I don't understand why people say "it was too big for my ten year old daughter" or "it fit perfectly on my 5 year old". That sure as hell did not help me. I don't know your daughters, so how about some sizes. I measured my daughters and my wife's heads, my 8 year old - 52 cm; my 5 year old, 51.5 cm; My wife, 52.5 cm. The people, or company, selling this helmet only say "Youth", but the package has an actual size on it, which I also do not understand why they don't post it anywhere. The cardboard says 8+ years, 53-56 cm, or 21-22 inches. They all fit a bit loose, but I will fill in with pads that came with another helmet I purchased for myself. This one did not have extra pads. This will allow them to grow into the helmet instead of having to purchase another one. If your girls are smaller in size, or their heads do not measure at least 52 cm, I suggest you do not get this helmet. It will be moving around or falling to the sides. Or it will look huge. Otherwise, the design is very nice, and all three of my girls, my daughters and wife, loved them. I hope this comment gets rid of some of the guessing game. And if you comment, how about some measurements.
