I may have got a bad one, but mine is not 8mm, it's more like 8.08-8.16mm (measured using a Vernier calliper), depending where you measure. This means that it's hard or impossible to insert the key into some bolt heads. I wanted to use it to remove the cranks of my bike. It works fine on the crank bolts, but it won't go into the ISIS crank removal tool which also requires an 8mm allen key.

The chrome coating seems to easily flake off and is probably the reason behind the extra thickness. The key seems to easily be dented even on aluminium bolts, and the finish is not very good for such an expensive key (I could have got a similar key for much less from a local market.

I bought this tool online and returning it would cost me the same amount of money as buying a new cheaper 8mm allen key, so I'll keep it around...

Overall it's overpriced. Not recommended.
