After receiving the first bike, I assembled it. Front rim was horribly bent and rear tire would lose air as fast as you put air in. Amazon paid for return shipping and promptly sent me another bike (same one) in two days. Second bike had the same issues with the front rim being bent. I worked in a bike shop for a few years and while I don't expect a no-name bike to have good components, I do expect them to come with straight rims, brakes that work and derailleurs that shift properly. This bike is VERY cheaply built and it appears to have no quality control. I will stick with a name brand. Don't spend the money on this and have to deal with a poorly working kids bike.
