Awesome saddle. Especially for the price. There was one problem with this order since the first saddle I received was used (dirty, scratches etc.) At first I thought since the saddle was so cheap that I might have overlooked the word "used" in the description, so I went and double check my order and it said new. Contacted the seller and they did right by it. They sent me a brand new saddle and included a label to ship the old one back. People usually take 1 star when they go through something like this. I do not, there's always a chance of an error, we're just humans. As long as the company recognizes the problem and fixes it in a timely respectful manner, I am ok with it and will order again.
