When I first bought this bag I thought it was great. It seemed like the sturdiest and best made bag for the price. It is large enough to carry my clothes and lunch on my 6 mile commute to work. After 3 weeks of using it it seemed that a different issue came up each day. The streets of Boston have a lot of potholes and rough pavement and it seems that this bag has a tough time hanging on to the rack on my bike going over bumps. various parts of the system that hold it on the bike have popped off in the middle of traffic. Fortunately, each time i was able to fetch the bag and all the parts out of the road before being hit by cars. I think that part of the reason is that it is a large bag and so the back of my heel sometimes hits the bag. I am looking into replacing the bag with one from Ortlieb which has a better system to attach to your bike and will allow you to adjust the angle to prevent your heel from striking it.
